Insurance Claims

We know insurance claims can be stressful and confusing, especially if this is your
first claim. Let us walk you through the steps, discuss our findings with your insurance company and most importantly make sure you get the best roof, siding, and/or gutter replacement for your claim!

If you believe you have hailstorm damage, you will want to have your roof inspected by a licensed and insured roofing contractor BEFORE you call your insurance company. This protects you from filing a claim that could count against you if your roof doesn't have enough damage to qualify for a claim

The Insurance Claim Process

PROPERTY DAMAGE AND INSPECTION

Many homeowners call their insurance company first, however, your roof may not have damage. In this case you may have this claim count against you anyway. Start with a free, no-obligation roof inspection and get a detailed inspection report.

CONTACT YOUR INSURANCE

If damage is found, the next step will require contacting the insurance carrier to be notified that a professional roofer has verified damage to property. An Adjuster appointment will be scheduled to inspect the damages to property.

INSURANCE ADJUSTER AND YOUR ROOFER INSPECT THE ROOF TOGETHER

When they inspect the roof together, they are more likely to be on the same page about what will be covered by insurance. This will save you a lot of back and forth phone calls. And you will be able to get the project started more quickly.

SCHEDULE YOUR ROOF REPLACEMENT

Upon insurance estimate approval, we can start outlining the details for repairs and scope of work. Materials will be ordered and the build will be scheduled for delivery and installation. Typical roof replacements take 1-2 days, start to finish. You are not required to be home when the work is being done.

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION

The roof will be installed and supervised by a Project Manager. The property will be cleaned and clear of any loose debris or nails during and upon completion. A certificate of completion for the insurance carrier will be provided and payment will need to be fulfilled to the contract agreement.

Your deductible should be your only out-of-pocket expense!
